Gentle exfoliation is the best way to accelerate shedding after laser hair removal. But you need to be very careful while exfoliating to avoid damage or irritation to your skin. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or tool, and use it only a couple of times per week to avoid over-exfoliating.

Exfoliating in the shower can be a convenient and comfortable way to incorporate this step into your routine. However, it’s important to avoid hot water, as it can further dry your skin and potentially irritate it. Avoid excessive sun exposure as well.
