Milk and Turmeric mask:

You will need:

  • 5-6 tbsp
  • Milk – 10-12 tbsp to create a smooth paste

  • Massage it slowly and in circular motions, for five minutes

Green tea extract:

  • Steep a green tea bag in boiling water for five minutes

  • 1 avocado pulp
  • 2 tbsp honey
