No doubt exposing your skin to sunlight is essential as it provides Vitamin D. But over exposure can be dangerous and damaging for your skin and also increase your risk of skin cancer. Make sure you use a good sunblock and wear sunglasses before stepping out in the Sun.

Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated from inside. Use a good moisturiser.
